What is a fitness assessment?
It is an hour long fitness appraisal designed to thoroughly evaluate all aspects of your health related physical fitness. During the appraisal a certified professional will administer series of scientifically based standardized testing protocols which will help to evaluate your body composition, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness. You will receive the same tests as professional athletes and first response units do. The assessment will allow us to set your benchmark data so that we can monitor and modify the program as you progress. The results of this appraisal will also determine the design and direction of your exercise program so you can achieve your goals and receive most benefits.
